The first rendering of Maelstrom actually preceded the creation of this blog and was originally posted on Elfwood circa 2003. I'm lucky I had posted him on DeviantArt as well because Elfwood, sadly, is no more. His proportions are laughable but I WAS TRYING, OK! 😭
